Crowd Wisdom, a Community Brands product, is seeking a Director of Enterprise Accounts to join our growing team!

The Director of Enterprise Accounts is r esponsible for developing new business in an assigned region by developing strong relationships and executing a best in class sales methodology. This role is expected to drive revenue in their assigned market/territory by closing net new business accounts and up-selling to existing accounts.

A Day in the Life:
  • Manage a sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, demonstration, to deal close and account transition to the professional services team
  • Be able to clearly articulate the value proposition and competitive advantage of selecting Community Brands
  • Perform discovery meetings with key association staff
  • Conduct product demonstrations onsite or remote (with assistance from our sales engineer team) to prospective customers
  • Possess a strong understanding of Community Brands products, strengths, and competitive landscape
  • Create and target strategic accounts and report
  • Report and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas and KPI's set by management
  • Maintain accurate record keeping of all sales activities in Salesforce.com
  • Nurture relationship with industry consultants
  • Participate in industry conferences and trade shows
  • Must be able to travel


We are looking for someone with:
  • 5+ years of inside and outside sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience handling customer escalations and mentoring peers
  • Experience prospecting large sized clients
  • Experience selling in the tech industry
  • A proven track record of successful prospect engagement
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships well
  • Attention to detail with excellent organization skills
  • Contagious positivity
  • Effective time management skills
  • Build successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels, internally, externally, intra and interdepartmentally
  • Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
