TITLE: Remote Corporate Outpatient Coding Quality Auditor 

LOCATION: Remote from most States

SALARY: $30-45+/hr depending on location and years of experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

• An exciting Outpatient Auditing opportunity responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant coding working in an integral role directly for a large health system
• Act as a SME (subject matter expert) for the coding staff
• Complete internal Outpatient Audits and also assist in special projects like Auditing vendor resources
• Identify and track coding educational needs based on audit results
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff within the health system

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of Hospital Outpatient Auditing experience
• AHIMA and/or AAPC Credential/s
• Must have a consistent work history, not seeking candidates who make frequent employer changes
• Ideal candidate will have Outpatient Auditing across a diverse case mix across multiple specialties and facility sites of varying sizes
• EPIC/3M 360 CAC experience desired
• Associate’s Degree preferred
