What We're Looking For:
Zebra Technologies provides end-to-end solutions that help customers improve operational processes and efficiencies while delivering superior services and experiences.
We are currently seeking an Account Manager - RFID to join our Automation Team. This EMEA-wide team is the focal point for driving our next-generation Automation and RFID solutions to key customers and partners across Retail, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Healthcare, and Government verticals.
This is a highly proactive, field-based role tailored for a true "hunter." With 90% of your focus on new business development, you will have the autonomy to build your territory, develop direct customers, and identify new channel partners, while managing a portfolio of 20-25 existing large accounts. You will cover Turkey predominantly, but your territory responsibility will include high-potential markets such as Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Israel, and Turkmenistan.
This role requires a strong field presence, with up to 75% of your time spent travelling to customer sites across Turkey and the broader regional markets. While this is a heavily field-oriented position, you will be expected to work from our Istanbul office on the days you are not travelling.
Responsibilities:
- Actively hunt, identify, qualify, and cultivate new customer accounts and channel partners to maintain a robust, healthy pipeline.
- Present Zebra's RFID solutions, articulate clear ROI/value to customers, and execute deals based on a solutions-driven sales approach.
- Oversee and grow an existing portfolio of 20-25 key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction in both pre- and post-sales environments.
- Utilise account sales processes to build and execute a comprehensive sales plan for your region.
- Engage with internal technical resources on complex deals and build senior-level relationships within key target accounts. Coordinate with other account managers to ensure the region hits its overall quota.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of RFID technologies and networking backgrounds. You must be able to confidently discuss technical value differentiators with customers.
- Demonstrable business development and solution-selling experience, with a proven track record of securing new business and navigating complex, enterprise-level deals
- Fluent in Turkish and business-level English. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are mandatory.
- A full driving licence and the ability to travel up to 75%
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience selling into Retail, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Healthcare, or Government verticals
- Experience building business development alignment with both internal teams and external partner channels
- Additional regional languages are highly advantageous for collaborating with partners outside of Turkey
- A self-starter mentality - someone who thrives independently in the field but enjoys collaborating with a broader team to accomplish massive goals.

Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 67% , in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.
