• Competitive ProSal Compensation: $150k-$175k/25% production, no negative accrual

Collaboration with Specialized Centers: Our Emergency Veterinarians have the unique opportunity to collaborate with our onsite Criticalist, as well as multiple specialists located just an hour away in Richmond. This collaborative partnership allows for seamless access to specialized services and consultations, enriching our ability to provide comprehensive care for complex cases. Working closely with specialists in areas such as Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, Anesthesiology, Ophthalmology, Neurology and Dentistry, our emergency department contributes to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
