Are you a strategic HR professional who thrives on building strong partnerships, influencing leaders, and creating meaningful employee experiences? We’re seeking a Human Resources Business Partner I to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping drive engagement, performance, and organizational success.
In this role, you won’t just support HR processes, you’ll shape workforce strategy, guide leaders through complex employee matters, and elevate the employee experience across the organization.
What You’ll Do
As an HRBP, you will partner closely with assigned departments to deliver both strategic and hands-on HR support. You’ll play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.
You will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, coaching, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead and support employee relations matters and workplace investigations, ensuring fair, thorough, and compliant outcomes
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, restructuring, succession planning, and change initiatives
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and team effectiveness
- Interpret and apply HR policies, employment laws, and best practices to support sound decision-making
- Collaborate across HR functions to deliver training, development programs, and employee experience initiatives
- Analyze employee feedback and workforce data to identify trends and drive meaningful action
- Serve as a visible and approachable HR partner, strengthening connections between HR and the broader organization
- Step in to support colleagues and departments as needed, contributing to a highly collaborative HR team
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines business acumen, emotional intelligence, and strong HR expertise to influence outcomes and build trust at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or business partner capacity
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
- Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters and advising leaders
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience in healthcare, academic, or research environments is a plus

Salary Range: $72,770 – $129,818 annually
