Description
Yavapai Big Brothers Big Sisters is seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Match Enrollment & Support Specialist. In this role, you'll guide volunteers, youth, and families through the mentoring process—from enrollment and screening to ongoing match support—helping create and sustain life-changing mentoring relationships. This will include remote and in-person meetings across Yavapai County, as well as phone call case management calls.
Requirements
- Experience in youth services, mentoring, case management, counseling, education, or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships with youth and families
- Bachelor's degree preferred
