Northwest Medical Center is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its Hospitalist Nocturnist team in Tucson, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led inpatient environment within the largest healthcare system in Southern Arizona, offering flexible scheduling and competitive hourly compensation.

Compensation

• $100/hour (night shifts)

Position Highlights

• Flexible employment options: W-2 or 1099
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN availability
• 300-bed acute care hospital
• Annual inpatient volume: approximately 50,735 visits
• Internal Medicine and Transitional Year Residency Programs
• Cerner EMR system
• Physician-led, collaborative hospitalist team

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Physician Assistant
• Active Arizona license or ability to obtain
• Inpatient experience preferred
