Description
Your Role- Demonstrate excellence in strategic planning and execution
- Provide strong leadership to orchestrate cross-functional teams
- Establish the treatment landscape through collaboration with key stakeholders and professional societies
- Shape the external environment to elevate patient access
- Apply strong analytical and insight-driven skills across brands, competitors, and market trends
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute sales and marketing campaigns
- Lead initiatives that drive brand awareness, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support
- Engage with customers to plan and implement marketing initiatives aligned with overall company strategy and sales objectives
- Measure, track, and report on the performance of marketing programs, assessing progress against defined goals
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific field (preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in rare diseases (preferred), with strong knowledge of customers and disease areas as a core competency to lead scientific discussions with KOLs
- Strong results orientation
- Impactful and effective communication skills
- Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities
- High adaptability to change and strong learning agility
