Compensation & Benefits
$147,500–$200,000 ProSal compensation
Guaranteed base salary

Requirements
About the Role
You’ll provide high-quality urgent care while being supported by skilled technicians and a responsive leadership team. This role is designed to help you thrive in Urgent Care without burnout.
Core focus includes:
- Triage and rapid patient assessment
- Diagnostic interpretation (radiographs, ultrasound, in-house labs)
- Patient stabilization, CPR, and life support
- Urgent care procedures such as wound management and fracture stabilization
Surgery is not required. If surgery is an interest, we’re happy to tailor the role to your strengths.
